Introduction
This Cookie policy explains how this website (the "Service") uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy policy. We keep a record of your analytics choice via the cookie consent banner where applicable.
What cookies and similar storage are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage in your browser. They can be session-only (removed when you close the browser) or persistent (they remain until they expire or you delete them).
Strictly necessary
These are required for core functionality. Examples include cookies used to maintain your signed-in session with our authentication provider (Supabase), to remember your language preference, and to store whether you have accepted or rejected optional analytics so we do not ask repeatedly. The Service cannot work reliably without some of these.
Analytics (optional)
If you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, we may load Google Analytics scripts configured with your deployment’s measurement ID. Our integration requests IP anonymization where supported. If you click “Reject analytics,” those scripts are not loaded and no analytics cookies from that choice are set for that purpose.
Local storage for character drafts
The application may store character-building state in your browser’s local storage so your work persists between visits on the same device. This data stays on your device unless you also use optional cloud sync, which is described in the Privacy policy. You can clear it anytime through your browser’s site data controls.
Managing preferences
Use the cookie banner when it appears to set analytics preference. You can also block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or reset preferences. For personal data related to accounts and cloud saves, see the Privacy policy.
Updates
We may update this Cookie policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Material changes may also be reflected in the cookie banner text where practical.
